From the gardens of our local artisinal growers to your table, our delicious Organic Super Greens (also known as Rape) are full of flavour and packed with nutrients. Similar to Kale, this staple crop is enjoyed by rural communities across Southern and Eastern Africa and is a common feature in Italian vegetable dishes.
 
Our local growers guarantee a GMO-free harvest each and every time and we take care in selecting only the best leaves to make up these bundles of joy. Our Organic Super Greens are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals- with particularly healthy levels of iron, calcium and vitamin A.
